It is an inviting "gateway" to downtown Morgan Hill, captivating everyone passing by. Inside, the design creates an immersive and vibrant space that remains bustling throughout the day, showcasing the vibrant educational environment. The second-floor Media Center and the double-height Cafe space seamlessly connect through a striking study pod, fostering visual activity and cementing a strong bond with the community. Acting as a complementary element to the Student Union, the Administration renovation proudly represents the school campus's new identity to the public while serving as a fresh gateway for the school community. This project creates a cohesive and innovative space that benefits everyone involved by transforming administrative services and student support spaces into a traditional classroom wing building.

Key information regarding local practices, including interpretations of plumbing and energy codes, was noticeably absent.

Communication was crucial throughout the project, emphasizing exchanging valuable insights and exploring inventive concepts to optimize the process and enhance productivity. Moreover, promptly conveying information to the project management team and engaging in conversations with the field team to grasp local requirements and preferences were pivotal in guaranteeing a successful result.



The client was provided with an extensive array of plans that effectively tackled a substantial portion of constructability concerns and guaranteed seamless buildability.
