With the establishment of the Samsung Taylor, TX Fabs, the largest-ever in the U.S., exciting new job opportunities and valuable training programs are being brought to the local community. This state-of-the-art facility will enhance the production of crucial logic chips and contribute to developing next-generation technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC).

#### **The Challenge**

One of the most significant hurdles faced was the sheer scale of the project and the participation of more than 150 contractors.

By effectively communicating with our client and implementing streamlined processes and efficient lean practices, ICON has overcome numerous challenges and successfully met the demanding schedule of this project.

#### **Results**

The project's success thus far is largely attributed to the strong and effective communication that has been established throughout.
