Over the years, he has immersed himself in various facets of the construction industry, gaining valuable insights and experience in departments ranging from Estimating to Engineering, and even working for a General Contractor.

After about five years in the industry, Austin's dedication and expertise led him to the role of Project Manager, overseeing projects for a prominent mechanical contractor in the Pacific Northwest. What truly fuels Austin's passion in his role is the meticulous planning and strategic collaboration with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting their unique requirements. He views this process as akin to a strategic chess match, where calculated moves are made to achieve a common goal.
